Customer Service Specialist (praca od zaraz)

Opis stanowiska:

- Works with clients on an ongoing basis:
- Accepts orders in writing or in any other form accepted in the Company, system order entry.
- Checks the credibility and financial liquidity of the recipient as well as the current balance of clients' liabilities towards the Company and informs superiors about any delays.
- Prepares commercial offers, negotiates the terms of the transaction regarding order completion date, method of delivery and method and date of payment (for non-cash settlements) as well as possible discounts to the applicable prices.
- Arranges the shipment of the goods.
- Aims to expand the circle of recipients by direct contacts with existing customers and by conducting promotional activities.
- Complaint management both in a qualitative and quantitative way, together with production and sales.
- Prepares and carries out occasional field trip plans - after approval of direct superiors.
- Providing local support for international marketing and content for industry articles.
- Frequent reports to management on the execution of orders.
- Monitoring of transport costs and control of transport invoices.
- Keeping the order portfolio systematically up-to-date and free from overdue orders.
- Monitoring delivery times, prices, numbers and agreements and acting proactively in the event of non-compliance.
- Answering questions from customers and colleagues by telephone and in writing
- Taking care of sample packs
- File documents correctly.

Wymagania:

- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar position/organisation

- Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and in writing is considered a must

- You are accurate and result-oriented
- You have a proactive working attitude.
