Junior Customer Advisor with Romanian (m/f)

Location: Łódź

Responsibilities:

• Handlings e-mails and phone calls with customers;
• Providing high quality services;
• Analyzing problems and searching for solution;
• Cooperating with different company’s departments.

Requirements:

• Great command of Romanian is a must;
• Good command of English;
• Well-developed communication skills;
• Knowledge of the MS Office software;
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
