 The Role

As a Manager at FutureSight, you will work with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. Our team is very collaborative, and the product or experience design process is fast and iterative. 

We require that you are an ambitious, smart and very focused person. Your desire to lead great teams to deliver great experiences and products!

We are looking for someone with a "Let’s roll up our sleeves and get it done” attitude. You need to show energy, passion, "can do" attitude. Be proactive at every level. High engagement and communication skills are totally fundamental in this role.

Responsibilities

Most of the time, you will be working directly on client projects. As a multi-disciplined digital manager and scrum master, you will be responsible for multiple projects.

• Provide end-to-end project management using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver.

• Scope project requirements and prepare budgets, quotes, estimates

• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor the progress

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

• Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met and professional QA has been performed

• Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications, direct FAQ and intranet publications

• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

• Keep clients up-to-date on regular basis and in the upmost professional manner

• Bringing members of the team together, ensuring knowledge is shared and projects are aligned. This could include running feedback sessions and workshops - whether it's to keep a project progressing or to keep everyone on the same page, you'll have a natural flair for this type of environment. 

• Mentoring and supporting the production team to develop their skills and knowledge within the business - sometimes, it could should include work reviews and providing feedback. 

• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. 

• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. 

• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. 

• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. 

• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials. 

• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

 Key Requirements 

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. 

• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.

• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role. 

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. 

• Leadership and management experience. 

• Excellent people and project management skills. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English
