Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SSIS/SSRS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports. This role involves working closely with our data management team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across our systems and providing actionable insights through reports to guide business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

• Create, deploy, and manage SSRS reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with data integration and reporting.

• Optimize existing SSIS packages and SSRS reports for performance and scalability.

• Document all ETL and reporting processes and procedures.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SQL Server technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as an SSIS/SSRS Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and Microsoft BI technologies.

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience with other BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET).
