For our Client, international well-known organization, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of:

Subject Matter Expert Service desk 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide advance level technical support;
• Performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems;
• Provide inputs for Problem management by leveraging best effort method for issue resolution through cross functional coordination and support team lead in training;
• Classifying public, private, obsolete and restricted knowledge articles;
• Supports the service desk agents by handling escalated tickets and coach them to improve their user handling skills;
• Cooperation with other departments in the company.

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of German language;
• Good command of English; 
• Min. 2 years of experience in 1st and 2nd Line Support;
• Strong communication skills.
